Hello there! Thought I’d dress up a bit today just for fun, you know. After wearing comfy jeans and knits all winter, as soon as the sun came out this week I knew I had to get some sunshine in a top and skirt. Love this outfit – got major discounts on this stuff because no one wanted it/was faulty (dk why tho). The top was originally a blouse (like, full sleeves and all). The cool strappy front? That was the back of the top. The old front was incredibly boring so I turned it around. I cut the sleeves off, re-sewed the top and bam. One awesome-sauce top. The skirt was originally a foil midi (remember when those were in for like, a month?) and I just cut it so it would be high-low (a no-sew project, woo woo).

This week’s been pretty chill – I did some insane piano practice (my Gr5 exam’s in Dec) and went for a run most mornings. I’m seeing Captain Underpants with my brother tomorrow… hmmm. Could go either way, I think. Anyone else seen it? Let me know. Have a good weekend xx
